This document is a strategic guide intended for investors and project promoters, presenting the territorial investment opportunity offering of the Tangier–Tetouan–Al Hoceima Region. Prepared by the Regional Investment Centre (CRI), it aims to steer investment toward turnkey, high-potential projects, structured by sector of activity and by territory.
The guide is based on a regional economic diagnostic and provides a database of 50 projects covering a wide range of sectors, including agri-food, automotive, renewable energies, mechanical and metallurgical industries, textiles, logistics, tourism, services, healthcare, among others.
For each investment opportunity, the guide offers detailed fact sheets outlining the project context, description, technical and land requirements, financial indicators, advantages and incentives, as well as market and SWOT analyses.
The document also presents the investment support and financing ecosystem, notably the Manar Al Moustatmir community digital platform, designed as a virtual one-stop shop for investor orientation, monitoring, and tailored support.
The overall objective is to facilitate access to information, identify new investment niches, strengthen the integration of local value chains, and enhance the region’s economic attractiveness.**
